We count patients shown as active in your dashboard on the first day of each billing cycle. Activity means at least one breath check during the preceding 30 days. Once someone is discharged or marked inactive, they drop off the bill.

You can choose any paid tier when the trial finishes. Your records and monitoring history stay available. We will get in touch 30 days beforehand to review patient numbers and help select a suitable option.

There is no fixed term on monthly billing; cancel with 30 days' notice. Paying yearly reduces the price by 15% and covers 12 months. Practice Group terms follow your procurement process and can be agreed over several years.

Yes. We can support NHS purchasing discussions, including data processing agreements, due diligence requests and clinical governance materials. Send us your trust's requirements and we can outline the next steps.

Every tier comes with email assistance, our web help centre and materials for introducing patients to monitoring. Practice Group customers also have a dedicated onboarding manager for launch and the initial monitoring cycle.
